Frequently asked questions

Practical information about Europa’s programmes, online and onsite learning, published fees, and the first course intake.

Studying at Europa

What is Europa?

Europa is a language institute offering structured programmes through live online classes and onsite instruction in Lahore.

Which languages are offered?

Our programme guides cover German, Korean, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Japanese and Chinese. Explore each guide for its intended progression and learning objectives.

Are classes online or onsite?

Both formats are offered: live online classes and onsite instruction in Lahore. Course dates, timetables, online access requirements, and onsite arrangements will be confirmed with each intake.

Do I need prior language knowledge?

The introductory stage assumes no previous knowledge. Later stages require the preceding level or comparable skills; read the language-specific entry guidance.

How do I choose a starting level?

Compare the entry guidance with what you can already do across speaking, listening, reading, and writing. If you have studied before, describe your background in an enquiry. Any future placement process will be published when available.

Registration and course arrangements

Is registration open?

Registration for the first course intake is currently closed. New course availability and registration dates will be announced on Europa.pk.

Can I reserve a place or join a waiting list?

No place-reservation or waiting-list process is currently published. You are welcome to ask questions, but an enquiry does not reserve a place.

What are the fees?

Course fees are published for each language level, with separate prices for online and onsite classes in Lahore. Registration remains subject to the current intake status. Confirm materials, payment arrangements, and any separate examination charges before enrolment.

When are classes, and how long is a course?

Start dates, duration, classes per week, and lesson length are to be announced. Confirmed arrangements will appear on the programme pages.

Are textbooks included?

Course materials and any textbook requirements or costs will be confirmed with the intake. External practice links are available on the learning-resources page.

What happens if I miss a lesson or need to cancel?

Attendance, missed-lesson, cancellation, transfer, and refund arrangements will be set out in the course terms before enrolment. These policies are not yet finalised.

Qualifications and support

Does course completion mean I hold an external qualification?

No. External examinations have their own registration and assessment requirements. A Europa course does not itself award an external examination qualification.

Are CEFR levels the same as JLPT, TOPIK, or HSK levels?

No direct equivalence is assumed. These frameworks and examinations have different structures and skills coverage. Consult the language-specific guide and the relevant examination provider.

Will a course satisfy a university, employment, or visa requirement?

The organisation setting a requirement determines what evidence it accepts. Check its exact language, examination, level, and score requirements before choosing a course.

Can I discuss accessibility or learning support?

Yes. Email your questions or requirements before registration so that suitable arrangements can be discussed alongside the published course details.
